Smile MCR operates as a dental practice in Manchester, providing dental services and products. We work with various suppliers and partners to support our operations. Though our practice is smaller in scale, we are committed to ensuring that all areas of our business and supply chains are free from modern slavery and human trafficking.

We have implemented the following policies to support our approach in identifying and preventing modern slavery:
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy – This reflects our dedication to ethical business practices, ensuring no slavery or human trafficking occurs within our supply chains.
Code of Conduct – Our Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for our team regarding ethical behavior and professional standards. Smile MCR maintains the highest standards for all employees.
Whistleblowing Policy – Known as our “Speak Up Policy,” this encourages employees to report any concerns related to unethical practices or modern slavery within our supply chain. We provide a confidential mechanism to support this.
